T O P I C R E V I E WRobert PearlmanPer the description of Losing Them on Lulu.com: quote:An early NASA public information officer describes NASA's flight tragedies and the agency's first efforts to motivate workforce excellence. The book also describes how famed cartoonists Charles Schulz ("Peanuts") and Johnny Hart, ("B.C") assisted NASA in its efforts to assure the success of this nation's first manned lunar spaceflights. 534 pages with lots of previously unpublished photographs. To order, see this listing on Lulu.comeurospaceA warning to those overseas who consider an order: with a book price at roughly twenty Dollars, they charge about the same amount for postage. In other words: your book order will cost you twice the amount you initally budgeted for it.Have these people never heard of book rate shipping?------------------Jürgen P EsdersBerlin, Germanyhttp://groups.yahoo.com/group/AstroaddiesdivemasterHmmmm. I find this interesting. I own one of the first three flown silver Snoopy's that flew on Apollo 7 [another is owned by a fellow list member - and the third is owned by the Schultz estate]. Walt's personal COA refers to "Several of us began working with Charles Schultz...", not just one person. Or am I misinterpreting the story?-tracy
